Warranty Period

This limited warranty applies to the Product, and only for the Product, purchased from JEFE HEX, including both products of orders placed directly and products of free trial orders. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The limited warranty periods commence to run on the date of order.

During the warranty period, JEFE HEX, will review, repair or replace the Product or component at JEFE HEX’s discretion. The claimant must first notify Topiom without delay of the defects or damage caused under normal use and maintenance within the warranty period and receive a confirmation from JEFE HEX.

Exceptions
No warranty shall be granted for incidents arising from unforeseeable circumstances or events of force majeure, or for replacements or repairs resulting from normal wear and tear to the material, deteriorations or accidents resulting from malicious or negligent acts, faulty installation, demolition, transportation, storage, cleaning or maintenance, or operation that is abnormal or does not comply with JEFE HEX’s instructions.
Any components that are provided free of charge are not covered by warranty.
Obligations of the Claimer
If you intend to make a warranty claim, the Claimer must:
− inform JEFE HEX, without delay and in writing, of the defects that it ascribes to the Product and provide any documents that prove the reality thereof;
− register your claim request and enable JEFE HEX to review and confirm these defects.
Warranty Registration
Register your warranty so that JEFE HEX can serve you better during the warranty period. Warranty services are not extendable. Nor do they initiate a new warranty period. Further demands, especially claims for damage which occurred when you’re not using the product, are excluded.
